Unacceptable Behavior:

1. Discrimination, harassment, or bullying based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, or any other personal characteristics.

2. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior, including excessive intoxication, offensive language, or inappropriate physical contact.

3. Unwanted photography or recording without the subject's explicit consent.

4. Intimidation, stalking, or following.

5. Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.

Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior:

Any participant engaging in unacceptable behavior may be subject to sanctions or expulsion from the conference without a refund, at the discretion of the conference organizers. In addition, their actions may be reported to appropriate authorities, if necessary.

Reporting Unacceptable Behavior:

If you witness or experience any form of unacceptable behavior, or if you have any concerns regarding your safety or the safety of others, please contact the conference staff immediately. Alternatively, you can report any incidents or concerns by emailing saysomething@ai-world-barcelona.com. All reports will be handled in a confidential and respectful manner.
